Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) is a new self-directed service designed for individuals living in the community who need assistance with daily activities. CFSS empowers participants with greater control and choice over their care. It replaces the Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Choice and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs.
First Homecare delivers CFSS under the budget model, enabling participants to hire and manage their own support workers.
As part of the program, participants select a Financial Management Services (FMS) provider to assist with employer-related responsibilities, financial management, and budget oversight. First Homecare is an approved FMS provider and is ready to support you every step of the way.
